The Job Planner uses data from the the Machining Calculator to create a detailed Job Plan.

The concept is simple - define a machining sequence in the Machining Calculator, then click a button to add that sequence to the Job Plan.  As you build the Job Plan, detail and summary information update in the Viewer and Summary windows.

A CNC programmer could use the Job Planner to create a machining plan before writing a part program.  An estimator or applications engineer could use it to do quotes or time studies very quickly.

Comparing the time required to machine the same part when made from different materials, on different machines, with different combinations of tools, or in different lot sizes, requires nothing more than a mouse click or two.  This capability could be useful to designers or planners interested in minimizing costs.

You can print a detailed report of the Job Plan or save it as a small executable file which can be copied to another computer for viewing or printing, even if MEPro isn't installed on that computer.

A Job Plan can be saved later use or modification.  The saved plan can be imported into Excel for creation of custom reports.
